Birth Doula Support
Basic Birth Package
$850 - $1200 - YOU PICK SLIDING SCALE
Birth doulas are professionals who provide physical, emotional and information support to you throughout your pregnancy and during labor.
Birth Doula Services include:
- Two prenatal visits to discuss and create your comprehensive birth and postpartum plan, practice comfort measures, and discuss expectations for the birth.
- Birth is 75% mental, I will prepare you ahead of time for any curve balls, and be with you through them all.
- On-call period begins two weeks before your estimated due-date (I will be there if emergencies arise before this time).
- Your doula will remain with you throughout your labor and birth and will stay a maximum of two hours after the birth of the baby
- One 3 hour in-home postpartum visit to see how things are going, answer your questions and talk about your birth. Please see postpartum services for what this looks like!

Why a sliding scale?
I offer a sliding scale so that more families can access important support, regardless of finances. All clients receive the same high standard of care, attention and services- this does not change based on what you pay. Here I believe every woman deserves a doula, so I do my best to make that happen.
The higher end of the scale helps me sustain my practice and allows me to offer reduced rates to families who might not otherwise be able to afford support. By choosing a rate that feels comfortable And fair for your financial situation, you’re helping make this work accessible to more people while receiving the same high standard of care.
So please, if you can’t afford my regular $1200 fee-I oblige you to book a free discovery call. If you can afford my full fee- book a free discovery call.

Do you offer payment plans?
YES!
You will put down a $250 non-refundable deposit and then I will schedule two additional payments all due prior to 36 weeks!
What if I cannot afford your full service?
As you scroll you will come across a la carte services, there will you find individual services that are part of the whole.
Will I receive more if I pay more?
The short answer is no. My services are $1200, but I wanted to change things in the industry. So I came up with a sliding scale to help support more women like you!
I humbly ask for your honesty of what you can afford regardless of this practice because I believe every birth matters and every woman deserves doula support.
I also understand life is well, lifing and things happen that put us in tight financial spaces. While the world is hard to this, I am not. We have all been there, so let us accommodate.

Indulge Birth Package - Because birth is bigger than a wedding.
$1650 Not included on a sliding scale and only available within a 1- hour radius.
Everything included in the basic birth package is included in this package the additions are as follows:
- Breastfeeding station set-up including snacks and some fun surprises!
- Foot bath during station set-up.
- Homemade nourishing meal delivered postpartum (at one of 2 postpartum visits).
- One additional 3 hour postpartum visit.
Postpartum Doula Support
$40 / hr within 40 minute radius
We provide in-home postpartum doula support to families in the Dayton area for the first 16 weeks after your baby is born.
Postpartum doula services include:
- One prenatal visit to create a plan for support
- Education + evidence-based information on recovery, newborn care, and feeding
- Light meal preparation so you stay hydrated and nourished
- Light household chores like dishes & laundry
- Care for baby while you take time to nap and shower
- Connection to local and online resources as needed
- A small gift basket for your wellness and pleasure.
Postpartum doula support services can last anywhere from a few visits to more than 3 months. We'll develop a customized plan for you.
A La Carte…
- $120 Birth, C-section, and postpartum planning with advocacy education.
Note: This isn’t your mama’s birth plan- it is SO MUCH more. Walk away with the ability yourself or your partner to advocate no matter the circumstances.
- $400 Virtual support services anywhere in the USA throughout pregnancy and birth, includes a comprehensive birth and postpartum plan, education, and resources.
- $40/ hour - Extra postpartum support added to a birth package.
- $500 Only Labor and Delivery support.
- $300 Endometriosis Doula support services.
- $100 Mental prep- four 30 minute zoom calls to mentally prepare you for birth.
