From healing, adjusting, and navigating all the "new" in parenthood, having a baby is a lot. While it’s true that babies don't come with a manual, there is another truth you hear less often: pregnancy and birth don’t come with a manual, either.
Pregnancy is one of the largest changes your body can go through, culminating in a birth that you can’t predict. The process can be daunting, especially since it comes at a time when you may be physically exhausted. Having someone to walk you through this stage with knowledge and experience can relieve stress and help you move toward parenthood confidently.

Doulas are the people who hold your hand through all the unknowns, stresses, and joys of childbearing and childrearing.
Our job is not to simply help you get through birth, but to walk with you from pregnancy through postpartum as you become a parent.
Birth Doula Support
Basic Birth Package
$850 - $1200 Sliding scale within a 1- hour radius.
Birth doulas are professionals who provide physical, emotional and information support to you throughout your pregnancy and during labor.
Birth Doula Services include:
- Two prenatal visits to discuss and create your comprehensive birth and postpartum plan, practice comfort measures, and discuss expectations for the birth.
- On-call period begins two weeks before your estimated due-date
- Your doula will remain with you throughout your labor and birth and will stay a maximum of two hours after the birth of the baby
- One in-home postpartum visit to see how things are going, answer your questions and talk about your birth.
Indulge Birth Package
$1600 Not included on a sliding scale and only available within a 1- hour radius.
Everything included in the basic birth package is included in this package the additions are as follows:
- Breastfeeding station set-up including snacks and some fun surprises!
- Foot bath during station set-up.
- Homemade nourishing meal delivered postpartum (at one of 2 postpartum visits).
- One additional 3 hour postpartum visit.
Sliding Scale
$850- Household income at or below $50,000 annually - $250 deposit.
$950- Household income at or below $60,000 annually - $350 deposit.
$1,100- Household income at or below $70,000 annually - $500 deposit.
$1,200- Household income at or below $75,000 annually - $600 deposit.
Postpartum Doula Support
$40 / hr within 40 minute radius
We provide in-home postpartum doula support to families in the Dayton area for the first 12 weeks after your baby is born.
Postpartum doula services include:
- One prenatal visit to create a plan for support
- Education + evidence-based information on recovery, newborn care, and feeding
- Light meal preparation so you stay hydrated and nourished
- Light household chores like dishes & laundry
- Care for baby while you take time to nap and shower
- Connection to local and online resources as needed
Postpartum doula support services can last anywhere from a few visits to more than 3 months. We'll develop a customized plan for you.
A La Carte…
- Comprehensive birth and postpartum planning with advocacy education. $200
- Virtual support services anywhere in the USA throughout pregnancy and birth, includes a comprehensive birth plan. $400
- Extra postpartum support added to a birth package. $40/ hour
