Doula Support in
Dayton, Oh
Birth is more than a moment, it’s an experience that deserves calm, confidence, and support.
Let’s prepare you for a more peaceful, supported birth.
My Story
KARRIANE GROW
For 21 years, I lived in a body that wasn’t being heard.
I know what it feels like to be in pain, to search for answers, and to leave appointments with more questions than clarity. When I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis, it brought both relief and grief; relief to finally understand, and grief for the years I felt dismissed and alone.
That experience is what led me to birth work.
I became a certified doula because no woman should feel unseen or unsupported during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum.
You deserve to feel held, heard, and believed in every stage of your journey.
Before this work, I spent nearly a decade as a mother’s helper and nanny, supporting families through real-life overwhelm, exhaustion, and transition. I learned that what families need most is calm, steady presence and someone who simply stays.
Today, I serve families across Dayton, Greater Cincinnati, Columbus, and surrounding areas, offering grounded, compassionate support through birth and postpartum. I don’t believe there is one right way to birth only your way.
My role is to make sure you don’t have to navigate it alone. Because I know what it feels like to be unheard and I’ve made it my work to change that.
Prepare for Birth & a Joyful Postpartum
Journeying into parenthood brings questions, fears, and concerns about the unknown. As a birth and postpartum doula, my job is to help you prepare confidently for birth, guide you through a peaceful postpartum, and ease you through those sleepless nights.
My prayer for you and your child is this:
The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
Numbers 6:24-26

My favorite thing about this work
Why I love being a doula in Dayton
I saw a need rising up as birth becomes more chaotic in our country. I believe women coming alongside other women is how pregnancy, birth, and postpartum was meant to be and that is one of the most beautiful things I have ever witnessed as a woman. I love it so much I have also picked up the role and title of midwife assistant.
